Your rental includes free Wi-Fi (60–200 Mbps download; 10 Mbps upload) and NO resort fees! Limited on-site parking is available for $35 + tax per day. You also have the option to purchase a pass for the adjacent public parking lot (a 2-minute walk) for $25 + tax per day or $210 + tax per month, subject to availability.

Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. To guarantee an early check-in, reserve the condo for the night before your arrival. For same-day reservations, check-in time is guaranteed for 5 PM.

Please observe that pets, parties, and smoking/vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any public areas of the building) are prohibited. Violations may incur fines of up to $700 per infraction, in addition to actual repair/replacement costs due to smoke/fire damage.

All rentals through Captain Cook Resorts include essentials like bath towels, beach towels, bed linens, dishes, silverware, cookware (including a tea kettle and rice cooker), beach chairs, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board. Start-up supplies such as coffee filters, laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, and travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion are also provided.

Note: Beach umbrellas, beach toys, aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, coffee, condiments/seasonings, cooking oil, fabric softener, and bleach are not provided. This private vacation rental does not include resort services such as daily housekeeping or replenishment of towels or toiletries.
